It was my first trip to the US -- a business trip actually but somehow it became a tourist trip. Our company sent me together with a colluege to the client's site for a span of 2 weeks. Our boss wanted us to meet our clients personally and interact with them face to face since we've been working for a while now through emails and phone conversations.

It was a rainy weekend when we arrived in Los Angeles so our boss decided to take us to Las Vegas instead of touring us around a wet Los Angeles. Hehe swerte! What a first time in the US -- 2 states agad.

It was a long drive to Nevada from LA. We drove past mostly dessert areas which looked almost boring. We arrived at sunset which was a good time since Vegas becomes interesting at night, its like people are asleep at daytime and wakes up just in time for night time. Indeed it was the Entertainment Capital of the World. Casinos and entertainments are everywhere. My boss let me tried a playing a slot machine just so I could experience gambling in Las Vegas haha!

We stayed the night in Vegas and experienced sight seeing along The Strip. Early the next day, we drove the long ride back to LA.
